Procedure is loaded in to the SQL editor instead of the Procedure Editor. -

In schema browser, when click on 'Load in Editor for a procedure, it's taking me to SQL editor, not procedure editor. Earlier, was able see navigator window and the procedure editor. Is there any option to set it back?
