Trying to upload a zip file, screenshot, video, docx into the Service Request and this one is larger than expected? -
해결 방안
There are several ways, depending on the size of the file:
1. It can be uploaded via email if the attached file is a small one,
2. If the file is larger than 10 Mb. it could best to upload it directly into the case, by following these steps :
i. Go to : https://support.quest.com/
ii. Click on my account
iii. Go to the left side, click on: My Service Requestiv. Choose the Service Request, in case there are several.v. Click on attach file
