Error in License Portal: "License type is not supported for the product." received when adding a license (4371068)

The license portal is designed for specific products including subscription product editions.
Verify the product name and the edition of the product. Try entering the license in the application. 

If you are using a trial version, you are most likely using a Subscription trial version installer.

When you receive your commercial license please verify the following:

1. If you only receive a 9-digit license number Example: XXX-XXX-XXX, you need to use the Subscription version installer and the license portal.

2. If you receive a 30+ alpha-numeric string license key Example:  D4VFTR0KNN525JNLJPXCY4MMAH28VK1MYFSRW-XXX-XXX-XXX-AF, you need to use the Non-Subscription version installer and you don't need to use the license portal since you insert the license directly to the software.
