Some other issues that have been found are:

1. My company does not allow me to install additional software.How can I download the software without using Akamai software?
2. Getting error “Received an unexpected HTTP response (Response not recognized. Possible proxy incompatibility)” when trying to download from Quest Software.
3. Getting error “Please try again to select different location” when trying to download Quest Products. This happens even after selecting another selection.
4. Getting a blank screen when trying to download software using Akamai Download.
5. Getting Access Denied error when downloading software using Akamai Download.

WORKAROUND 1

For issue 1:

From our support page (http://www.quest.com/support) search for the relevant software in the Downloads box on the left.

1. On the download page click the green button to "Add to Downloads". The window below will appear:

1. Click on “Skip” in the pop-up window.

For issues 2,3,4 and 5

1. Go to windows Add/Remove programs and uninstall Akamai
2. Close and re-open the web browser
3. Use workaround 1 in order to download the software
