Downloaded installer file name is in alphanumeric string (name shows letters & numbers and no EXE). (4239241)

After downloading, the installer file's name is an alphanumeric string, instead of what was listed on the website, and when the file is launched it asks what program it should be run with, instead of just running it like normal.  Unable to run it.

Rename the file by adding a .exe extension to it.  The installer file should ran normally after the .exe extension is added.

For example, if installer file is ab12xyz89, change it to ab12xyz89.exe or change it to the product name i.e. Toad for Oracle 12.1 Commercial Installer.exe.
