A supervisor is requesting that the environment field be populated on a CSR. Currently the field is grayed out. How do we enable it so that we see that field when creating a new CSR?
Go to Maintenance | General | service domains, highlight your desired service domain, scroll to the right and check the box under the column "Use Appl Env".
Then go to Maintenance | Domain Specific | Application Environments and click on "new" tab to create your ENV's. Make sure you choose your correct Application under "Application" column before you save.
