SQL Optimizer For Oracle offers a correct solution, it's asking to create an INDEX that will help, but, the "Create Index Interface" does not offer the posiblity to creat a "LOCAL Index".All INDEXES are by default set as GLOBAL, and sometimes the INDEX MUST BE LOCAL.Can SQL Opt. include the option to create a LOCAL Index? -

WORKAROUND:
The INDEX must be created manually.
STATUS:
Being evaluated for inclusion in a future release of "SQL Optimizer For Oracle".
