Small box opens alongside SQL Navigator when used in Remote Desktop, or when application is open for days/weeks -

Sometimes a small SQL Navigator window which looks like a small box with no details within it, opens in the middle of the screen when SQL Navigator is open. Even if you hide all the applications in Windows, it remains. It happens mostly with Remotes Desktop (RDP) sessions. -
원인
This may happen if SQL Navigator application is left open for days or weeks at a time, without restarting it. -
해결 방안
This issue does not occur once SQL Navigator is closed and re-opened.
We recommend to close SQL Navigator when it is not in use, as this issue may occur, and also other performance related issues can occur when the application is left open for days/weeks without being closed. We would recommend to close it at the end of the day to prevent such issues.
