Unable to restart/reschedule/delete a failed analysis group job (4243670)

If an analysis job like 'Quest Auto Stat Capture' fails for some reason (e.g. QSA-20312), it cannot be restarted, deleted, or rescheduled.

If you open the analysis group and try to click the "Store & Schedule" it throws an error saying:
Error storing script QUEST/Analysis Groups/Quest Auto Stat Capture
You cannot delete this script because it is currently no longer executing

If you then try to delete the Analysis Group from Explorer, it errors with:
Error deleting Analysis Group Quest Auto Stat Capture

WORKAROUND

Login to the database as the Space Manager owner via SQLPlus and do the following:

1. SELECT * FROM QUEST_SCRIPT; -- Take note of the SCRIPT_ID of the analysis job having issues
2. SELECT * FROM QUEST_SPC_ANALYSIS_GROUP; -- Take note of the GROUP_NAME of the analysis job having issues
3. DELETE FROM QUEST_SCRIPT WHERE SCRIPT_ID='Quest Auto Stat Capture'; -- In this example, 'Quest Auto Stat Capture' is the SCRIPT_ID
4. DELETE FROM QUEST_SPC_ANALYSIS_GROUP WHERE GROUP_NAME='Quest Auto Stat Capture'; -- 'Quest Auto Stat Capture' is the GROUP_NAME

To recreate and schedule the deleted Analysis Group, perform the following:

1. Open Space Manager Explorer
2. Go to Analysis Groups tab | Right-click and select New
3. Fill in the Object Analysis options as desired. If you want to create the same options as the delivered 'Quest Auto Stat Capture', then the following options should be done:
   - Group Criteria has the condition of "object.owner not in ('SYS,'SYSTEM)"
   - Analyze Options is set to "Copy current data dictionary statistics into repository"
   - Schedule is set to run every 1 Week
4. Store and Schedule
