We will be releasing a set of Security Guardian features, collectively known as "Security Guardian Intelligence", on July 31st to enable you to better secure your Active Directory and Entra ID directories.
Starting on July 31st, 2025 you will have access to several AI-enabled capabilities in Security Guardian. In several areas within Security Guardian, you will be presented buttons with a distinctive logo. Clicking those buttons will cause the Security Guardian AI interface to show.
You can use that interface to ask additional questions about findings or assessments, or individual objects in those assessments. The AI interface can provide more information about a vulnerability, including real-world impacts as well as remediation information.
Security Guardian Intelligence will not save prompts and will not use your data to train itself. Your interactions with Security Guardian intelligence only last for as long as the AI interface element is showing.
Security Guardian Intelligence incorporates Microsoft Azure AI Services. Consequently, we have updated our Quest Security Guardian subprocessor document. You can find the latest version of the subprocessor list here: https://support.quest.com/subprocessor
If your organization has a policy prohibiting the use of AI, we offer multiple options to help you comply with your internal policies. These options are described in the Opting out of AI Features in On Demand Solutions KB article: https://support.quest.com/kb/4378761
