Error "The specified path, file name, or both are too long" when Exporting permissions using command-line on SXP 9.8 (4272344)

During a permissions Export using the command-line on Security Explorer 9.8, generates the following error message: 

"[SXPCommandLineExport Main] Exception: The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters."

Security Explorer 9.8 supports file path lengths of more than 260 characters.  

The Export functionality for file paths of more than 260 characters works correctly from the GUI, but there is a defect with the Export function from the command-line.

A solution for this issue, should be included in the following release of Security Explorer (SXP 9.8.1)
