Error "The specified path, file name, or both are too long" when Exporting permissions using command-line on SXP 9.8

During a permissions Export using the command-line on Security Explorer 9.8, generates the following error message:

"[SXPCommandLineExport Main] Exception: The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters."
