How to collect Secure Copy (SCY) logging information for Quest Support.

Information can be collected while you run a copy job to help our Technical Support staff troubleshoot any problems you may be having. Use the Event Logging utility to capture a log file and then submit it to Technical Support.
Choose Tools | Advanced Support Tool.
Select Enable Support Logging.
In the Logging Level box, select the type of errors to capture.
In the Log Files Path box, type the path to where the log file will be saved, or click Browse to locate a path.
Your license number is automatically filled in, but you need to add your contact name, email, and phone number.
Open the Options tab.
Select the options as directed by your support representative. Include the Case ID if you have one.
Click OK.
Run your Secure Copy job to collect the log file for Quest Support.
