Right click Active Directory and select Register Backup | Register Backups in Folder
If the backups are located on a network share, expand Network in the list of folders and browse to the Computer/Folder or ensure the share is mapped as a drive before attempting to register them
Please note, depending on the number of backups it could take some time to completely catalog all of the backups being registered.
