How to manually upload backups to Cloud Storage (4379715)

Is it possible to manually upload backup to the Cloud Storage?

Manual uploads to Cloud Storage are currently unsupported if the automated backup task does not complete successfully.

WORKAROUND: 

Backups can be uploaded to a remote cloud share accessible via SMB, such as Azure Files. To enable access, the share credentials should be configured within the Forest Recovery (FR) console or the backup registered through the RMAD console. This method will function similarly to Remote Storage when accessing the backup.
