Reviewing the FR logs, there is a "The RPC Server is unavailable error". Using the Microsoft Portqry tool, confirm that you can query port 135 from the FR server to the DCs. Check to see if the DC has been rebooted successfully. If so, open an elevated command prompt and run netstat -anb. Check to see what port the FRRestoreService64.exe is listening on and check to see if you can access this port from the FR server. The following Powershell command can be used to test the port:
Test-NetConnection -ComputerName <DCFQDN or IP> -port <portReturnedByNetstat>
If the port is not accessible, a firewall is most likely preventing the FR console from communicating with the FR agent on the port it is listening on. Create a rule to allow all inbound traffic on the DCs (the FR process will reboot the server multiple times and Windows will assign a new dynamic port after each reboot) and then click Abort in the FR project for each DC. Once the process aborts, select Retry Last Operation for each DC.
To prevent this issue from occurring again, create an Inbound rule for a specific port and then use the instructions in the following KB Article to set a specific port for the FR agent:
