Rapid Recovery stores transactional data, such as Core tasks, events, and alerts, in a MongoDB service database. By default, this database is installed locally on the Core machine. However, you can configure MongoDB settings to:
Adjust events retention periods.
Modify the connection pool size for concurrent connections.
Connect to a different MongoDB instance on another Core or a separate machine.
These configurations help optimize performance and data management based on your environment's needs.

Open the Rapid Recovery Core Console.
Click on Settings from the icon bar.
Navigate to Database Connection using one of these methods:
From the left-side Core settings menu, select Database Connection.
