Open a cmd prompt and cd to C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService\MongoDB
Execute the command mongod.exe -repair --dbpath C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\EventsDatabase NOTE: There are two "-" symbols in front of dpath
Restart the Core and MongoDB Services
Workaround 2:
Stop the Core services
Backup C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\EventsDatabase (Copy the folder, move the copy to another location Desktop or root of C:/)
Backup MongoDB.Driver.dll and MongoDB.Bson.dll in C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService
Delete the C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\EventsDatabase directory and MongoDB.Driver.dll and MongoDB.Bson.dll in C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService
