Report generation fails from Central Management Console -
설명
Central Management Console report generation fails with an error "Error occurred during request execution", when we select many cores for the report generation.

원인
Central Console generates a query to extract the report, however this exceeds the ASP.NET's max query length value, hence it could not process the request then fails. -
해결 방안
WORKAROUND
- Stop Rapid Recovery Central Console Service.
- Go to CentralConsole installation files by default: C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\CentralConsole\CentralConsoleService\mcmpadmin
- Find Web.config file and open it in Notepad.
- Add string: " at " section. Refer screenshot attached.
- Start the Central Console services.
If issue still not resolved, kindly log a support case.
STATUS
This issue is fixed in version 6.1. The latest version of Rapid Recovery can be downloaded from the Download Page here. -
