Moving Installed Cores to a New Group in the License Portal (4033335)

Prerequisites:

1. Create a new group or subgroup in the Rapid Recovery License portal. More details in How to Add a Group or Subgroup within the License Portal.
2. Download the .lic file from the new group or subgroup. 

Complete the following steps:

1. Replace the license key in the Rapid Recovery Core(s) with the key from the new subgroup.
   1. Select Core Console and open the Settings tab.
   2. Expand the Licensing tab and click Change License.

   3. Add the subgroup license to the Core
      1. Click on Choose File and browse for the location where the .lic file is stored.

      1. If you have selected the Legacy Key, then paste the alphanumeric key.
   4. Click on Continue
2. Force contact from the Core(s).
   1. Select Core Console and open the Settings tab.
   2. Expand the Licensing tab and click Contact Now. This will validate the license on the License Portal.
