Backup for an agent may fail with error messages like:

원인
Possible cause is DNS/Name Resolution for agent within the environment. -
해결 방안
Workaround to fixing the DNS issue is to place an entry in HOSTS file for the Agent machine. Confirm with customer that the Agent has a static IP and that they update their records in-case the assigned IP changes.
