Customers need to renew flightdeck account (root account) password

Service Account password is encrypted and stored on install in a few places by default. So check the following after a Service Account password change:
Windows Services - Make sure all PST Flight Deck services are updated with the new Password.
IIS - Web App Pools - Update Web Application Pool accounts.
IIS - Sites - Check PST FD sites for Basic Setup options and update if you see the Service Account Listed for Log on As.
