On Demand Migration - General Sync Option

This video discusses the options available in directory sync for managing object deletion in the target. By default, objects created in the target will not be automatically deleted unless manually done so by an administrator. However, there is an option to mirror deletion actions in the source to the target, ensuring that deleted objects are also removed in the target. Additionally, there is an option to recreate target objects on sync, providing protection against accidental deletion of an object in the target by a target administrator.
