By default, ODM is configured to accept only commercial tenants as Sources.

To enable GCC or High GCC Tenants as Source there is a procedure that needs to be followed.

Customer needs to contact their account manager who will provide a waiver form that needs to be signed.
The waiver is sent to the Quest Product Manager for Approval and Implementation.
Limitation: At the moment ODM doesn't support migrations from GCC High to Commercial Tenants because currently ODM only allows customers to migrate to higher security tenants but not to lower.
