Change Auditor shows that the integration is successful but isn't sending events.
On Demand Audit shows the integration is running but waiting for events to sync.
Events are not sent to on-demand with a status of "even data sync pending"
Looking through the Change Auditor coordinator logs you may find repeat Connection and Disconnection messages such as the following:
ODAServerModule: Connection status set to Connected. The reason for the change is Connection_Ok
ODAServerModule had an error connecting to IoT Hub.
Verify that all Change Auditor coordinators can access the following URLs:
https://support.quest.com/kb/4219952
If all required URLs are accessible, try to remove and recreate the integration with Change Auditor:
1. Remove Change Auditor installation in ODA:
2. Restart the coordinator service on all of them (this is to make sure that the integration subscription has been fully removed)
3. Create the integration again and check if new events get synced to the ODA instance.
