Backup Job stops at certain point while backing up a client hosted in Nutanix while using file system plugin

When a backup job is running it gets stuck at certain point, if you verify Data Moved and Current Transfer Rate in Monitor Jobs there would be straight lines, the job never completes so it needs to be aborted.
원인

Vmware tools installed in the VM hosted by Nutanix, a vm migration from vmware will keep vmware tools installed causing the backup jobs to stuck and triggering event alerts in Windows while the job is running
Alert Message:
(vmStartsProvider: Vmware guest XXXX is not running in a virtual machine)
해결 방안

Steps for the resolution
1. Uninstall vmware tools from the problematic client
2. Do a client system reboot
