When migrating to .pst files you get the error below
ERROR: [4981-24-153-00000000] Unable to examine .pst files in 'C:\ARCHIVE\*.pst'
Unable to extract filename from path.
A similar error with the same resolution below: [4982-24-154-80070005] Unable to examine .pst files
This can happen if the source address column is not populated in the Notes Migrator for Exchange database. Also if you look in the error log under the [user] heading, the "SourceAddress=" field is not populated.
Add the source address (in a Notes format) for each problem object and reimport this into the database.
- In NME on the Export Notes Directory Screen select the Export Objects To TSV command dialog button and then open the TSV file for editing with Excel.
- Modify the 'SourceAddress' column of the problem user(s).
- Save the TSV file and In NME on the Export Notes Directory Screen select to Import Objects from TSV command dialog button.
- Retry the migration.
