When using the MAgE agent, you attempt to set or modify a Custom Notification message. When you click OK, you receive 'Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object.' The changes are not saved. -
원인
There is missing data in the Mailbox Synchronization properties. -
해결 방안
Expand Mailbox Synchronization.
Locate the impacted mailbox server pair.
Right-click and select Properties.
Review each tab for accuracy.
Ensure a Default Agent is defined on the Default Collection Options tab.
Click OK.
