To resolve the issue please make sure that:
- open QMM console, Exchange Data
- click on Agent Manager, right click the MAGE in question, Properties
- re-type the account name and password
Please make sure that specified account is having full admin rights on MAGE machine.
To verify remote access privileges, please do the following on QMM machine:
- run MMC.exe from c:\windows\system32 in "run as different user", type credentials that are specified in QMM console, MAGE properties
- go to menu, File, Add/Remove Snap-In and add WMI Control
- select Another Computer and type the name of MAGE server
- after connection, right-click WMI Control and select Properties
There should be no errors when looking in General tab and in Security tab, expanding Root, CIMV2
