The "Migration Agent for Exchange" or "MAGE" may report the following in the log.
"system exception failed to find migration objects in adam projects", further more is may report " Skipping source object that is not in sync scope."

원인
Migrating a user from a different domain in the source environment of that which is the source resource forest of Exchange.
For example, migrating "jsmith" user via the Directory Migration Agent from source domain of abc.sourcedomain.com => O365.
Then configuring the MAGE agent to migrate a "jsmith" found in an alternate resource forest used with the source Exchange system.
The GUIDS will not match leaving the MAGE in limbo.

Ensure the migrated user is migrating from the same resource forest of the Exchange server.
