RUM Processing task does not run. Discovery was completed. User accounts and computer account has been migrated to the target AD. I looked further into the logs and found the following:

해결 방안
This issue can be isolated by : creating a new RUM project in a new partition in AD LDS instance on Win 2019, or creating a new replica instance of AD LDS on Win 2012 R2 pulling data over from Win 2019, or creating a new blank AD LDS instance to redo everything on Win 2012 R2.
