We have not tested them against MSTS 7.4.1 as both Exchange 2013 CU17 and SQL 2012 SP4 were released after MSTS 7.4.1, so we cannot say we support them officially, but based on experience, we don’t foresee any problems brought by a SQL update, however please follow standard Microsoft best practices with your DBA and Windows update admins.
