I'm receiving the following error when performing a schema compare:
System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format
The Connections.xml file has a comma after server name but not a port number.
WORKAROUND:
Remove the comma if the default port will be used for the connection. It's recommend removing the comma in connections.xml found in the default folder:
