You may try the following steps:
1- Put aside content of C:\Users\<your user id>\AppData\Local\Quest_Software_Inc and make a copy of the Console.log file and delete it from this directory.
2- Open an elevated command line and change the directory to the rmad installation directory C:\Program Files\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition
3- Run FRConsole.exe /ResetSettings and observe how DC list view appears
4- Then, close FRConsole and collect same Console.log file and again from the same directory from step # 1.
If issue persist please open a support case and provide us these files so that we can compare files before and after reset settings.
