When you have localization settings with "," as the decimal sign and use dbms_output with decimals, SQL Navigator 7.2 correctly displays the data (e.g "725,5") but since upgrading to 7.3 it now displays "725.5".
원인
This can be caused by upgrading the Oracle Client, where a different localisation setting is set by mistake.
해결 방안
Set the desired localisation settings by altering the Oracle NLS_LANG parameter. Please see this link for more information about NLS_LANG.
