Reports can not be generated for stale VMWare objects -

Reports (out of the box and custom) for the stale or obsolete objects (which are deleted from vSphere) can not be created although the retention policy has not purged the data from the Foglight's database. -
원인
In the past you had to run a script or a wizard to remove deleted VMs from dashboards/reports. This step was automated in VMware cartrdige 5.6.14 - enhancement request VFOG-6469.Please have a look at solution 140215. -
해결 방안
There is no work around to report about stale objects, as the objects are deleted by a background process after they are no longer available in vSphere itself.
