해결 방안
Install the standalone version of SQL Tuning version 6.1.2 side-by-side with Quest Central for Oracle. During the installation select the New Installation option. The latest version of SQL Tuning can be downloaded at http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp.
Alternatively, you can reinstall Quest Central for Oracle from CD.
