Missing shortcuts after installing Windows app via KACE Cloud

원인
Some MSI creators design the installation so that it occurs for a single user by default. This may not work well with Modern Management-style integrations. One symptom of this behavior is that the installation succeeds, but the users do not get expected start-menu items or desktop icons. -
해결 방안
As a work-around for those type of MSI files, the admin can use the `ALLUSERS=1` flag. See this page for reference.
That flag can be set as the text for the command line when editing properties for the given app within the app library. If command line parameters already exist, that flag text can be appended.
For well behaving MSIs, that flag should cause the application to install for all users and provision expected menu items and icons.
