Note: If you have more than one InTrust server, you need to perform the same steps on each InTrust server (one by one)
WARNING: In-Place Upgrade 11.6 will not support Server, Default & Extended Suite. Also, you will need your existing organization password, or else, you won't be able to upgrade and a new fresh installation will need to be done. To reset your organization password while still having access to the existing instance (BEFORE you upgrade), see the instructions below:

Overall steps in a nutshell:
1. Uninstall the old version of the resource kit. 2. Install the new resource kit. 3. Run the fipsmigrator tool. under Program Files(x86)\Quest\InTrust\Server\ADC\SupportTools 4. Uninstall all components (including the resource kit installed in step 2) 5. Clear the temp folder. 6. Restart the server. 7. Install the full suite Extended Suite (for 11.5.1 only) or corresponding installation MSI (mainly for 11.6), select the same existing SQL database, and join the existing organization with the corresponding password. 8. After completing the installation rerun the fipsmigrator tool.
