Following install or upgrade of Knowledge Portal the following error is experienced:
Unknown error
Error page description The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable
The Knowledge Portal application pool appears running and the other websites under the virtual directory work normally.
1. Uninstall the Knowledge Portal from Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features
2. Right-click and 'run as Administrator' the 'autorun.exe' from the install media.
3. Install the Knowledge Portal with the desired settings
4. Try again the website.
