Reviewing the InTrust log reveals eventID 8320 error similar to the following:
"InTrust rule (Name = 'Agent Failed', ID = {XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXXX}) failed to install to 'servername.mydomain.coml' host. Error text: Failed to start data provider InTrust Server Log (The system cannot find the file specified. ) (Win32 error: 2) "
The rule in question is associated with a log type (ex. InTrust Server log, InTrust for AD log,etc) which does not exist on the remote host.
Ensure event log exists for specified log type. Depending on the scenario there may be alternate solutions to resolve the error:
1) Disable the rule in question
2) Update the site to include only desired site objects
3) Update the real-time policy to include only desired sites
