When checking the InTrust server for installed agents, the agents that had been installed are no longer seen. Also a machine that has been offline (unable to contact the InTrust server), will no longer have the Quest InTrust Agent service installed.
Increase the 'AgentUninstallTimeout' and the 'Agent_Cleanup_After' to a very high value to prevent these timeouts from being encountered should prolonged instances as described above are expected.
The values can be found and modified in the InTrust Manager by following these steps;
1. Right click on Quest InTrust Manager (local) and click Properties
2. Select Parameters tab
3. Increase the value of the 'AgentUninstallTimeout' and the "agent_cleanup_after" parameter to something big (e.g 86400000).
