The UnixAgentPlus agents freeze after a temporary connection issue to the monitored host. Via ping and SSH the host is reachable and the agent shows as running on the dashboard but the last submission date shows it is stuck.
The Agent Properties (ASP) "Keep Retry If Collection Failed" and "Use ping to validate host availability" are both set to "true".
Only Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) restart helps to get the agent up and running again.

Please ensure FglAM can "sudo" can be used without password when enabling the "Use ping to validate host availability" ASP.
