DB2 database memory usage is not consistent with host monitor for AIX platform (4380460)

DB2 dashboards show memory utilization at 100% when the underlying host is AIX while IC agent shows a different value.

The difference is due to definitions and timing.

DB2 Agent: Counts all memory, including cache, so usage looks near 100%.

Host Agent: Includes reclaimable cache as available, showing lower usage (e.g., 52%).

Timing: Different collection intervals can cause slight variations.

This issue has been logged as defect Id. FOG-11956 to be fixed in a future release of Foglight.
