DBSS_Databases collection times out with messages like the following in the agent log
ERROR [AGENTNAME-lowPriorityPool-2-[DBSS_Database][]] com.quest.qsi.fason.core.collection.processor.InstanceProcessor - Failed to run DBSSDatabaseProcessor processor of DBSS_Database collection.java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to execute collection [DBSS_Database], reason=The query has timed out. -
원인
Running the Databases collection takes longer than the defined timeout value.

해결 방안
RESOLUTION 1
Increase the timeout setting for the Databases collection as per knowledgebase article 4307913.
RESOLUTION 2
Reduce the number of old backups in the SQL Server instance. Metrics counting old backups can cause the Databases collection to run longer.
