Error Message

ERROR: when we click on Generate Request, nothing happens.

Symptoms:

Error appears when trying to generate the Request Code, once the License code has been inputted and you click on Generate Request a code should be generated however nothing happens and no error message is displayed 

Resolution

This issue occurs because the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 redistributable Package is missing from the computer.

installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 redistributable package will resolve this issue

note: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable package maybe installed but erwin DT requires the 64 bit version.
