What browsers are supported for Evolve? (4279792)

Supported browser versions for Evolve:

PLEASE NOTE:

1. There are 2 limitations on Internet Explorer 9:

• Big diagrams quality could be reduced due to memory issue.
• Grid excel export is disabled (we can’t export documents on IE9)

2. ENABLING AUTOMATIC LOGON WITH ACTIVE DIRECTORY AUTHENTICATION:

For Internet Explorer:

All Internet Explorer users will need add the Evolve Site to their Trusted Sites, and they will need to enable Automatic Logon in their browser settings.

Trusted Sites can be added by accessing the following:

"Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites", where you can enter the Evolve Site URL and Add it.

Automatic Logon is enabled by accessing the following:

"Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level…" and selecting "Automatic logon with the current user name and password".

If you do not enable Automatic Logon, the user will be prompted to log in each time the access the Site.

For Firefox and Google Chrome:

Firefox and Google Chrome users have to enter their username and password once, but can choose to have the details remembered to avoid entering them again.

*Firefox: For Evolve eModeler feature, you need at least version 50+
