Error:
Setting up a Work-Flow to run CAT on schedule, the Work-Flow will not save the profile.
And when running WF on a schedule or interactively, we get an error.
Saving the workflow attached to the CAT says successful, but reopening the profile is no longer associated.
Symptoms:
When added a Workflow to the CAT
Closed the CAT and then re-opened it and the workflow is not retained:
Resolution:
Firstly, check the Tomcat LOGS and this error will reflect
This issue is caused mainly because of the lack of file permissions for that user who is trying to execute and setup workflow to the CAT profile.
Make sure that full permissions are granted on C:\MappingManager\COMMON\ and C:\MappingManager\ for the user running the process. To enable the file permissions on this specific folder:
