Error while installing the node "Account must be a member of the local group administrator " (4379690)

While installing the node service on machine, running into this issue with the Node installer saying account needs to be a local admin, but it already is member of local administrator. Still seeing the below error:

 "Account  must be a member of the local group administrator "

This error is very often cased if the node installer was not run as an Administator.

Either right click on node installer and run it as admin, or right click Command Prompt and then click Run as Administrator.
