Net Vault logs will show the following errors repeated several times:
Command failed, re-initializing driver
Ndmp channel has closed unexpectedly, re-initializing drive
This will be followed by several lines indicating that drives that comprise the VTL are offline:
(repo name_VTL) Device 'DRIVE#:repo name' OFFLINE
The cause of this is currently under investigation
Rebooting the Net Vault server should clear up the issue.
If issue persists after reboot remove and re-add the VTL per the resolution in:
